
Ann Miller Hanlon
Chief Operating Officer
Ann Miller Hanlon is Chief Operating Officer of the North Fulton Community Improvement District. Her skills as a transportation expert and public servant in North Fulton County make Ms. Hanlon uniquely qualified to lead the daily operations of the CID.
Ms. Hanlon is in charge of the organization’s daily operations, as well as its investment in transportation infrastructure. The CID has an operating budget of $1.3 million annually. Prior to joining the North Fulton CID, Ann served as the Project Manager for the Perimeter CID and as a Senior Program Specialist at the Atlanta Regional Commission. She began her career in the private sector, as a Research and Development Analyst with Press Ganey & Associates, a healthcare consulting firm in South Bend, Indiana.
A native of South Georgia, Ann received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Government and Computer Science from the University of Notre Dame, and a Masters of Arts degree in Management and Finance from Georgia State University. She is a graduate of the Leadership North Fulton class, a volunteer with the Atlanta Alliance on Developmental Disabilities, and a member of the Junior League of Atlanta.
