Ann Miller Hanlon

Executive Director

Ann Hanlon is the Executive Director of the North Fulton Community Improvement District. Her skills as a transportation expert and public servant in North Fulton County make Ms. Hanlon uniquely qualified to lead the CID.

Ms. Hanlon is in charge of the organization’s daily operations, as well as its investment in transportation infrastructure.  Prior to joining the North Fulton CID, Ann served as the Project Manager for the Perimeter CID and as a Senior Program Specialist at the Atlanta Regional Commission.  She began her career in the private sector, as a Research and Development Analyst with Press Ganey & Associates, a healthcare consulting firm in South Bend, Indiana. 

In 2015, Ms. Hanlon was appointed by Governor Nathan Deal to the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority (GRTA) Board. She serves on the Operations & Finance and Planning & Projects Committees.

A native of South Georgia, Ms. Hanlon received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Government and Computer Science from the University of Notre Dame, and a Masters of Arts degree in Management and Finance from Georgia State University.  She is a graduate of the Regional Leadership Institute and Leadership North Fulton, and a member of the Junior League of Atlanta. She lives in Dunwoody with her husband and two daughters.
