The North Fulton CID board reported today that its right-turn lane project on Windward Parkway will begin construction this summer. The Georgia Department of Transportation will pay the estimated $470,000 construction cost of the new lane, stretching from the north-bound exit ramp, along Windward Parkway to North Point Parkway.
